WheelWise is a web application operated by CBJ Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide AI-assisted tools to help used car buyers research vehicles, prepare for test drives, and negotiate purchase prices.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

WheelWise is designed around a privacy-first principle. The following data is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers:

• Your vehicle preferences, budget, location, or annual mileage
• Your inspection ratings, notes, or condition scores
• Your VIN or any vehicle identification information
• Your financing figures or loan calculations
• Any locally stored session data (stored in your browser's localStorage only)

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not build user profiles. We do not sell data to third parties.

3. AI-Generated Results

When you request a vehicle recommendation, test drive brief, or negotiation strategy, a prompt is assembled from your inputs and sent to OpenAI's API to generate your results. This prompt contains your stated preferences (budget, use case, location, mileage, non-negotiables) but does not include any name, email, or personally identifying information unless you type it yourself into a notes field.

We do not log, store, or retain the contents of prompts or AI responses on our servers. OpenAI's own privacy policy governs how they handle API requests — see openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Always verify recommendations with a qualified mechanic or automotive professional before making a purchase decision.

4. Payment Processing

WheelWise products are sold through Gumroad. When you purchase a product, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Gumroad — not by WheelWise. We receive only notification of a successful purchase. Gumroad's privacy policy governs all payment data: gumroad.com/privacy.

5. Email Communications

If you contact us at Hello@WheelWiseVehicleFinder.com, we retain your email address and message solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your email with third parties.

If you use the "Email My Results" feature within the app, WheelWise opens your default mail client with a pre-composed message. We do not transmit or store this email — it is sent directly from your own device using your own email account.

6. Analytics and Tracking

WheelWise does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. We may review aggregate, anonymous server logs (e.g., number of API requests per day) for operational purposes only. These logs do not contain any user-identifying information.

7. Children's Privacy

WheelWise is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our service, please contact us at Hello@WheelWiseVehicleFinder.com and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Your Rights

Because WheelWise does not collect personal data, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of WheelWise after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
