1. Who We Are

WheelWise is a web application operated by CBJ Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Maryland limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WheelWise website and tools located at wheelwisevehiclefinder.com and all associated pages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WheelWise, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WheelWise after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of Service

WheelWise provides three AI-assisted tools for used car buyers:

• Tier 1 — Vehicle Finder: Generates vehicle recommendations based on your stated preferences, budget, and location.
• Tier 2 — Test Drive Brief: Generates a structured inspection checklist and scoring guide for a specific vehicle you are evaluating.
• Tier 3 — Negotiation Strategy: Generates negotiation talking points, leverage arguments, and target pricing guidance based on your inspection results and financing information.

Access to Tier 2 and Tier 3 requires purchase of the corresponding product through our payment processor, Gumroad. Tier 1 may be offered free or at a paid tier subject to change.

4. AI Disclaimer — Informational Use Only

WheelWise results are generated by an AI language model (OpenAI GPT-4o mini) and are provided for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

• Professional automotive inspection or mechanical advice
• Financial, lending, or investment advice
• Legal advice of any kind
• A guarantee of vehicle condition, value, or suitability

AI-generated recommendations reflect general patterns and publicly available information. They cannot account for the specific condition of any individual vehicle. Always have any vehicle inspected by a qualified independent mechanic before completing a purchase.

WheelWise makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output.

5. Purchases and Refunds

WheelWise products are sold through Gumroad, a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a WheelWise product, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Due to the digital and immediately delivered nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or a license key delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a product you purchased, contact us at Hello@WheelWiseVehicleFinder.com and we will work to resolve it.

6. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, WheelWise grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased tool for your own private use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute WheelWise tools or outputs
• Use WheelWise to build a competing product or service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from WheelWise
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any access controls
• Use WheelWise for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All WheelWise content, design, code, branding, and tool architecture are the property of CBJ Enterprises LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The WheelWise name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.

AI-generated results produced for your personal use are yours to use for private purposes. You may not publish or distribute them commercially without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WheelWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CBJ Enterprises LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WheelWise or reliance on any AI-generated output, including but not limited to vehicle purchase decisions, financial losses, or mechanical issues discovered after purchase.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the WheelWise service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

WheelWise uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland.
